Regional Human Resources Manager

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS
Position based in Branson, MO
Minimum of three plus years of investigative, recruiting and other related experience in Human Resources.
Previous HR Management experience is required.
Timeshare industry experience preferred, not required.
Must have knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures, as well as Federal & State regulations and background in staffing, employee relations, strategic planning, and training & development.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Must possess excellent verbal, written and oral communications skills.
Position requires up to 30% travel to regional sites.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
None required.
SPHR or PHR preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
