Office Administrator - Branson, Missouri

To provide administrative support to the management team by implementing administrative systems, cash management procedures and executing assigned projects. Support management in marketing efforts and center operations. Duties include but are not limited to: Cash Management/Accounting Responsibilities: ?MRI Systems Management ?Utilize MRI System to maintain necessary data for processing all vendor inquiries and status reports. ?Read the MRI General Ledger and apply it to the accrual accounting process. ?Assist in the preparation of budget forecast analysis. ?Pull monthly MRI reports for management as requested ?Purchase Order (PO) Systems Management ?Create, manage, and receive all PO's in strict adherence to company policy, such as: ?Establish new vendor billing relations

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
