SUMMARYThis job's primary purpose to the organization is to make sales for profit to Westgate Resorts.
DUTIESEscort guests to their accommodations and establish appointment timeAttend morning meetingsAttend sales division meetingsGive a sales presentation to prospective buyers in order to sell weeksProvide excellent customer service to all guests/ownersInteract and serve as customer service agent to all prospective buyersPrepare and complete paperwork needed for all sales transactionsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo Supervisory ResponsibilitiesQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, managers, and other team members of the organization.
Must be able to speak and understand English.
Bilingual English-Portuguese a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITIESAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
