Responsibilities:
Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrivalWhen possible, open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurantWhen immediate seating is limited, record guest names and the number of people in their partyCall out name and number of party when tables become availableProvide guests with estimated waiting timeAccommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possibleSeat guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stationsHelp bus tables and help keep floors cleanKeep hostess stand and closet clean and stockedClean all windows in the foyerStock bathrooms and make sure they stay clean with hourly bathroom checksUpon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server's nameInspect table for proper presentation and completenessRelay messages to servers as neededThank guests as they leave and invite them to returnAnswer the phone with a smile and the correct greeting
Qualifications:
